Delivery Timing

Same-day delivery is available in most cities, depending on the destination and order time.

We aim to deliver on the selected date whenever same-day delivery is confirmed at checkout.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly offered and requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day delivery (Monday to Friday) depends on order time and the operational capacity of our local florists.

Same-day delivery:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

Saturday delivery:
Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time).

Sundays and public holidays:
To ensure delivery on these dates, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays, outside of special occasions, will be delivered on the next business day.

Standard delivery hours are typically between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, local time at the destination.

During peak seasons or last-minute orders, same-day delivery may not be available.

If delivery on the selected date is not possible after an order is placed, our team will contact you to coordinate the best alternative, including delivery on the next available day, a suitable substitution, or a refund.
